Ingredients:
• 250g – Suran
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• 1 cup – roasted groundnut powder
• salt to taste
• oil
Method:
- Peel, boil and chop suran.
- Grind chillies and salt.
- Add this paste, salt, jeera, lemon juice and groundnut powder to chopped suran.
- Mix well.
- Prepare balls and deep fry in oil.
