Ingredients:

• 1 cup – avalakki, soaked and drained
• 1 cup – mashed Jaggery mashed
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – grated Coconut
• Cardamom powder – to taste
• Raisins and cashews for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat the pan and add the smashed jaggery.
  2. Stir it on low flame.
  3. To this, add ghee, cardamom powder and stir it.
  4. Add the drained avalaki. Keep stirring until it mixes well.
  5. Sprinkle the grated coconut, cashews and raisins.
