Ingredients:

• 3 – Beetroots
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Vinegar
• 1/4 cup – water

Method:

  1. Boil and skin the beetroots, and slice them.
  2. Mix vinegar, water and sugar.
  3. Soak the beetroot in the solution and store.
