• Sweet Corn kernels – 1 cup and 1 tbsp cooked for garnishing Onions chopped roughly – 1 Milk – 1/4 cup\ salt to taste pepper to taste Butter – 1 tbsp


  1. In a pressure cooker take butter saute onions till it becomes light brown.
  2. Add the sweet corn, salt and cook with 4 whistles once done sieve it to get the clear soup add milk, pepper and boil for a minute. Serve hot with a blob of butter.
