Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 tsp – Sugar
• 1 pinch – Turmeric
• 1 pinch – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take a pan and add milk in it. Let it boil.
  2. Add beaten eggs into milk.
  3. Stir well, then add sugar, salt, turmeric and chilli powder.
  4. Stir continuously so that the mixture does not stick to the pan.
  5. Wait till the eggs get thick and a little amount of milk remains.
  6. The bhurji is ready to eat.
