Ingredients:

• Maida – 2 cups
• Milk – 1/2 liter
• Cardamom powder – 6
• Sugar – 1 cup
• oil – 250 ml
• water – as required

Method:

  1. Boil milk and add sugar, cardamom powder and keep aside.
  2. Mix maida and water and make a dough. Roll the dough into small round puris.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai.
  4. Fry the puris in hot oil.
  5. Dip the puris one by one in the hot sweet milk.
  6. After 2 minutes of soaking each puri in hot milk, remove and keep aside.
  7. Repeat for all the puris.
