• Maida – 2 cups
• Milk – 1/2 liter
• Cardamom powder – 6
• Sugar – 1 cup
• oil – 250 ml
• water – as required
- Boil milk and add sugar, cardamom powder and keep aside.
- Mix maida and water and make a dough. Roll the dough into small round puris.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Fry the puris in hot oil.
- Dip the puris one by one in the hot sweet milk.
- After 2 minutes of soaking each puri in hot milk, remove and keep aside.
- Repeat for all the puris.
