Ingredients:

• 1 – Mango (raw)
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Fenugreek (methi) seeds (fried in oil)
• 3 marble size – Jaggery

Method:

  1. Peel the mango.
  2. Cut or grate into small pieces add red chilli powder, salt, methi seeds and jaggery (if you want it sweet)
  3. Grind with water.
  4. Tastes good with chapatti.
