Ingredients:

• 1 – Egg
• 1 tbsp – besan
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• 3 tsps – Sugar
• 2 tsp – oil

Method:

  1. Break the egg in a bowl and add sugar and beat well. Once the sugar is mixed with the egg, add ghee, besan and mix well.
  2. Take a pan and pour the oil once it gets hot, then pour this mixture on the pan.
  3. After 3 minutes just turn on to the other side. Now it is ready to serve.
