Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 – Sweet Potato
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – black pepper (optional)
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Oil and salt – as required
• 1/2 cup – chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Boil, peel and mash the sweet potatoes.
- Mix all the other ingredients and kneed it into a dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
- Make small balls out of the dough and roll it into paranthas. Roast the paranthas on a tava using very less oil.
