Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Rice flour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• Salt
• Water – as required
• 1 cup – Grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Roast the rice flour in a pan for few minutes.
  2. Add salt. Sprinkle water a little at a time to the flour and keep mixing till you reach a damp consistency where you will be able to form balls with the flour as well as crumble it back easily.
  3. Steam cook this flour for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  4. Take the flour and transfer to a big plate, smash lumps, add the sugar, cardamom powder, ghee, and grated coconut and mix everything well using a wooden spatula.
  5. Serve immediately.
