Ingredients:

• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 100 g – roasted dry fruits (almonds, cashewnuts, nuts)
• 10 g – mawa
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1tsp – Honey
• 20 g – powdered Sugar
• A pinch – elaichi powder
• Ghee for cooking

Method:

  1. Grind the roasted dry fruits to a powder.
  2. Mix milk, honey, sugar, and elaichi powder.
  3. Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add mawa and dry fruit powder and knead it into a dough using the milk mixture.
  4. Make small balls and roll out each ball into round parathas.
  5. Roast both the sides by applying ghee.
  6. Serve with jam or honey.
