Ingredients:
• 250 g – Wheat flour
• 100 g – roasted dry fruits (almonds, cashewnuts, nuts)
• 10 g – mawa
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1tsp – Honey
• 20 g – powdered Sugar
• A pinch – elaichi powder
• Ghee for cooking
Method:
- Grind the roasted dry fruits to a powder.
- Mix milk, honey, sugar, and elaichi powder.
- Take the wheat flour in a bowl, add mawa and dry fruit powder and knead it into a dough using the milk mixture.
- Make small balls and roll out each ball into round parathas.
- Roast both the sides by applying ghee.
- Serve with jam or honey.
