Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Garam Masala
• 2 tbsp – Roasted cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Smoked chilli flakes
• 1 tsp – Kashmiri mirch (as a colouring agent)
• 2 tsp – Kasoori Methi
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer jar and grind well to make a fine powder.
  2. Store in air-tight container.
