Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – tangra fish
• 1 small bunch – Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• Turmeric – 1tsp
• 100 g – Mustard oil
• To grind:
• 1 – onion, large
• 1 – whole Garlic
• 6 – Red Chillies

Method:

  1. Cut fish, clean and marinate with salt, turmeric, ground paste for sometime with one tbsp of oil.
  2. Heat 25 ml oil in a kadai and put the marinated fish.
  3. Saute the fish and keep it on slow flame.
  4. When the oil starts separating pour 1/2 cup hot water and boil.
  5. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve.
