Ingredients:

• 8-10 slices – bread
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 4 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (chopped)
• salt to taste
• Lemon juice to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small, uneven pieces (use a mixer if you want).
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all the ingredients. Then add the bread pieces and cook.
  3. When the bread pieces are nearly brown, add a bit of salt and lemon juice.
