Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1/2 kg
• Onion – 1/4 kg
• Green chilli – 50 g
• Capsicum – 2 medium (cubed)
• Ajinomoto – a pinch (optional)
• Soya sauce – 4 tbsp
• Chilli sauce – 2 tsp –
• Egg – 1
• Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
• Corn flour – 1 tbsp
• Flour – 1 tbsp
• Spring onions – 2, chopped
Method:
- Mix maida, corn flour, egg, pepper and salt into a paste and coat the chicken with it.
- Deep fry the chicken and keep aside.
- Heat oil a wok, add sliced onion and saute until pink.
- Then add the green chillies and stir until soft.
- Now add all sauces, ajinomoto, salt and capsicum and saute for 1-2 mins.
- Garnish with spring onion.
- Serve hot with chapathi.
