Ingredients:

• 100 g – fried peanuts.
• 3 Cloves – garlic.
• 15g – tamarind.
• 5 – dry red chillies.
• salt.
• coriander leaves, a little.

Method:

  1. Add 100 ml of water and grind all the ingredients in a mixer/blender.
  2. Serve with dosa or idli.
