Ingredients:

• Onion – 2
• Garlic – 3 flakes
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Tomato – 2, small
• 3 cups – chopped carrot, potato, peas, Corn and beans
• Cream – 2 tbsp
• Fried Paneer – 1/2 cup
• Red Chilli powder to taste
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil

Method:

  1. Saute onion in the oil till light pink.
  2. Add garlic and ginger. Fry till fragrant.
  3. Add tomato and saute till pulpy.
  4. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  5. Add cream and boil till the gravy is yellowish-orange in colour.
  6. Steam cook the mixed veg.
  7. Add the vegetables to the gravy with salt. Simmer till they blend well.
  8. Garnish with fried paneer and serve hot with chapattis.
