Thandai is very popular North Indian drink, especially in Rajasthan. Mostly thandai is made during the famous Hindu festivals Holi and mahashivaratri. Thandai is also made during the summer to get energy and coolness from the heat. If you take one glass of thandai every day in the summer, it will prevent you from the sunstroke.? Enjoy this Thandai Recipe and keep yourself cool.

– ? cup dry rose petals
– 1 cup magaz
– 13 to 14 green cardamoms
– 2 tablespoon pepper corns
– ? cup khus khus
– ? cup almonds
– 2 tablespoon saunf
– 1 cup milk

How to Make?

1. Add rose petals, magaz, green cardamoms, pepper corns, khus khus, almonds, saunf in a mixer and grind it to a powder.
2. Now to serve a thandai, to make 1 serving, put 1 cup milk in a mixture. Add 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 tablespoon of the readymade thandai powder and 3 to 4 ice cubes.
3. Give 4 to 5 churns in a mixture till frothy. Pour in glasses and serve.
