Ingredients:

• 1 – Onion small
• 1 -potato small
• 2- Tomatoes
• 1 – any vegetable
• Coriander leaves
• 1 inch – Ginger
• salt
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – jeeram (cumin seeds)
• 1 cup – leftover rasam
• 1 cup – leftover sambhar

Method:

  1. Take the leftover of sambhar and rasam and mix them and boil them for few minutes.
  2. Take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and ginger. When it splutters add onion, tomatoes, potatoes and any vegetable of your choice. Fry a little, pour it in the leftovers and boil it for few minutes.
  3. When ready garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapatti, roti or rice.
