Ingredients:
• 8 slices – whole Wheat bread
• 4 slices – Tofu slices
• 1 – Tomato sliced
• 1 – medium Onion sliced
• 1 – Potato boiled and sliced
• 12 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• Salt and black pepper powder
• For Cilantro chutney grind: 2 cups – Cilantro chopped
• 1 – small piece of fresh Ginger root
• 2 – Green chillies
• 3 tbsp – fresh Lemon juice
• 3/4 tbsp – Brown sugar
• Salt to taste
• Water as required
Method:
- Lightly toast the bread and wrap them in foil.
- Make cilantro chutney from given ingredients.
- Take one slice of bread and apply tomato ketchup about 2/3 tbsp.
- On another slice apply cilantro chutney.
- On ketchup slice of bread put tofu slice, tomatoes and onion rings. Lastly place a potato slice and sprinkle with black pepper powder and salt as required.
- Now cover the slice with cilantro chutney.
- Cut diagonally and serve.
