Ingredients:
• 1 package firm Tofu
• 1/4 cup soy Milk
• 1 tbsp grated Ginger
• Juice of 1/2 large Lemon
• 1 cup Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and process until Blend and smooth.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
