Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Tofu (medium firmness)
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1 – capsicum, chopped
• 1 – tomato, chopped
• 1/4 cup – peas
• 1/4 cup – carrots, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/4 cup – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 – sandwich bread slice
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 /2 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – peppercorn powder
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – oil for shallow frying
• As required – water or Milk
Method:
- Soak bread slices in 1/2 cup water or milk.
- Squeeze and place in a bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients in the bowl.
- Make small balls and pat them between palms to shape cutlets.
- Heat a non-stick tava or pan, and pour oil.
- Arrange the cutlets on the hot tava and shallow fry.
- Flip it to roast the other side till done.
- Serve hot with ketchup or place them in burger bun.
