Ingredients:

• 1 pack – Tofu
• 6 tbsp – vegetable broth
• 2 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 4 tsp – Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 tsp – soy sauce
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – crushed chilli flakes

Method:

  1. Dice the tofu and shallow fry until all the sides are brown. Keep aside.
  2. Mix the broth, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, corn flour, oil and chilli flakes together.
  3. Heat for a minute in a pan, till the raw smell of corn flour goes away.
  4. Add the diced tofu.
  5. Serve with white rice or fried rice.
