Ingredients:

• Whole Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Firm Tofu – 2 oz.
• Cooked tur dal – 1/2 cup
• Salt – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
• Dhania powder – 1/2 tsp
• Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
• Oil – 1tsp
• Coriander leaves – a few

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients and keep covered for 5 mins.
  2. Take a small portion of the mixture, make a ball and roll it out in the shape of a paratha.
  3. Now, heat a griddle over medium flame and put the paratha on it.
  4. Shallow-fry both the sides until golden.
