Ingredients:

• 1 kg – boneless Mutton
• 4 – onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – salt
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 cup – Tomatoes paste
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves | |9 – green chillies, ground
• 5 tbsp – Mustard oil

Method:

  1. Boil the mutton with salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the chopped onions till golden brown.
  3. Add the half boiled mutton.
  4. Add tomato puree or paste along with ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Fry till the oil leaves the masala.
  6. When done, add the coriander and green chilli paste. Cook for 5-10 mins on low flame.
  7. Serve.
