Tomato And Mushroom In Coconut Gravy

Ingredients:

• 300 g – Button mushrooms, cut into pieces
• 3 – Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 – Onion, chopped
• 1 tsp – Spice powder (garam masala)
• 2 tbsp – Coconut paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Chopped, Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – Chilly powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – Oil.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, mushrooms and the chilly powder. Mix well.
  3. Now fry it on a low heat for 4-5 mins.
  4. Add the salt, coriander leaves, spice powder and coconut to it and mix well.
  5. Add sufficient water and simmer until the mushrooms are cooked and the gravy thickens.
  6. Serve hot with rice.
