Ingredients:
• 1/2 can – Tomato puree
• 1 – Onion (chopped lengthwise)
• 3 cups – Cooked Basmati Rice
• 3/4 cup – Paneer pieces
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 – Bay leaves, Cloves and Cinnamon sticks
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Heat oil in a large pan, add the bay leaves, cloves and cinnamon sticks. Saute.
- Add the onion pieces, tomato puree with soya sauce, garam masala powder, salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
- Saute until the oil separates.
- Add the paneer cubes and toss gently for a while.
- Add the rice, chopped coriander leaves and mix gently.
