Ingredients:

• 3 – Potato
• 1 – large Tomato
• 1 tsp – Poppy Seeds
• 2 – Green chilli
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – Mustard oil
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Kalonji
• 1/2 cup – water

Method:

  1. Grind poppy seeds with green chillies.
  2. Heat oil, add kalonji and tomato. Saute for a while, add potato and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  4. Add water, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 10 – 15 minutes.
