Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 4 – medium sized Tomatoes cut into small pieces
• 3 – Green chillies slit
• 1 – Onion cut, a few sprigs coriander
• 1 sprig – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – powdered Saunf
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 tsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard. When they crackle, add the onions, curry leaves and green chilli, saute until onion is golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, saunf powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt and saute until tomato is fully cooked.
- Add the rice, coriander and salt.
- Mix and simmer for a few minutes.
