Ingredients:

• 3 cups torn Lettuce leaves
• 2 cups torn Spinach leaves
• 1 cup diced Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chopped Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp Onion powder
• 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 cup grated hard boiled eggs
• 3/4 cup- Winter Dressing
• 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar, leaving aside 1/4 cup dressing and nuts.
  2. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
  3. Remove and pour the remaining dressing.
  4. Garnish with nuts before serving.
