Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Channa besan
• 1.5 cups – Sugar
• 3 cups – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat the ghee till it melts to form a thin liquid and pour it into a measuring cup.
  2. Take the sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a kadai. Place it on medium heat.
  3. Just when the sugar dissolves, add the besan (keep stirring through the whole procedure).
  4. Add ghee little by little while stirring.
  5. When the mixture starts separating from the ghee, pour it into a thali (with a little bit of ghee spread on it).
  6. Cut it into small squares while hot.
