Ingredients:
• 1 cup – cooked Rice
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt
• For tempering : 2 tbsp – sesame oil
• 4 tbsp – groundnuts/ Cashewnuts
• 4-5 – Red Chillies
• 3-4 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 bunch – fresh Basil leaves (chopped)
Method:
- Heat 1 tbs of oil in a pan.
- Add the nuts and fry till golden brown. Add the red and green chillies. Add turmeric. Saute.
- Add the basil leaves and saute (reserve some leaves for garnish).
- Turn off heat. Let it cool.
- Add the lime juice. Add the rice in small quantities and mix it in.
- Add the rest of the oil and mix.
