Ingredients:
• 4 tbsp – Rice
• Sugar – 15 tbsps
• 3-4 cups – Milk
• A few: cashew, Raisins
Method:
- Grind rice and fry it in a tsp of ghee till it is hot.
- Similarly, fry the cashew and raisins in the ghee. Keep aside.
- Take the milk, add the powdered rice and steam in a cooker. Wait for 4 or 5 whistles and keep it on low heat for 30 mins.
- The longer you keep, the milk colour will change into a light orange, which is good.
- Add sugar and wait till it dissolves completely. Let it boil for some more time. Finally, add the cashews and raisins.
