Ingredients:

• 3 Bananas ripe
• 1/2 cup – mixture of: maida, rava and Rice flour
• 2 pinches salt
• 3 tsp – Sugar powdered
• 3 Cardamom pods
• 1 tbsp – hot Ghee
• Ghee for deep frying

Method:

  1. Sieve together all flours, sugar, salt.
  2. Seed and crush cardamoms.
  3. Peel and mash bananas well.
  4. Mix all ingredients except ghee for frying.
  5. Knead into a soft sticky dough.
  6. Heat ghee in frying pan.
  7. When hot, wet hand, pick up some dough.
  8. Drop pellet shaped bits of dough into ghee.
  9. Frying on medium till golden.
  10. Drain, repeat for remaining dough.
