Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – Maida
• 1 cup – powdered Sugar
• 3/4 cup – Butter milk
• 1/2 cup – refined oil
• 3 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp -baking soda
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• Dry fruits – 1/4 cup
Method:
- Sieve maida, cocoa and baking powder at least thrice.
- Mix baking soda in buttermilk and keep it aside.
- Dissolve the powdered sugar in the oil.
- Now mix the sieved mixture and buttermilk alternatively to the oil and sugar mixture. Beat it well.
- Add vanilla essence and mix again.
- Transfer this mixture into a pre-greased cake pan and bake it in pre-heated oven at 350 C for about 35 to 40 minutes.
