Ingredients:
• 2 – Egg whites
• 110g – Castor Sugar
• 1 tsp -Vanilla essence
• 30 nuts – Roasted, hazelnuts.
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius.
- Grease and line it with two baking sheets.
- Now beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the sugar gradually and mix until it dissolves.
- Stir in the vanilla essence.
- Now place 1 tsp of the meringue mixture on the baking sheet with a 2 cm space between each meringue.
- Top each meringue with hazelnuts.
- Bake it in the preheated oven for 45 mins.
- Leave it in the oven to cool with the door open.
- Cool and store in an air tight container.
