Veg Seekh Kababs

Ingredients:

• 1 cup black chanas (soaked overnight boiled & mashed)
• 2 Potatoes (medium) (boiled and mashed)
• 3-4 Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp Ginger (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp amchur powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Coriander leaves
• For binding:
• 2 tsp Rice flour
• 2-3 bread slices
• 2 tsp bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients, make kebabs and thread them on skewers.
  2. Remove them gently from the skewers and deep-fry.
  3. Serve garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
