Ingredients:

• 1 kg – chillies
• 500 gms – coriander
• 4 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp – Mustard Seed
• 2 tbsp – pepper Corns
• 4 inch piece – Turmeric
• 4 tbsp – moong dal
• 4 tbsp – Rice boiled
• 4 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 4 tbsp – Channa dal
• 2 tsp – Fenugreek

Method:

  1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun for 3 days.
  2. Roast each ingredient individually on a hot tawa and keep aside.
  3. Grind together to a fine powder in a mixer.
