Ingredients:

• 3 cups – Rice powder
• 1.5 cups – Coconut
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Carrots
• 1/2 – Beetroot
• 1/4 – Cabbage
• 1/2 inch – Ginger
• 2 tsp – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
• Water as required

Method:

  1. Mix rice powder with salt water. Mix with grated coconut.
  2. Add finely vegetables and other ingredients.
  3. Cook in puttu maker.
