Ingredients:

• 1 lb – vegetables
• 3 – medium sized Onions
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 2 tbsp -oil
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 2 tsp – Bengal Gram flour.

Method:

  1. Cut the vegetables into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Cut onions into big pieces and grind them.
  3. Heat oil in a sauce pan, add jeera to it. Add the onion paste, turmeric, salt and chilli powder and fry for 3 mins.
  4. Add the vegetable, mix well and cook in medium heat by stirring at intervals. Add besan to it, to improve the taste.
