Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soya granules
• 1/2 cup – ground Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• A small pinch of Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp- coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• A few chopped Coriander leaves
• Vegetable oil
• 5-7 – Fried Cashew nuts
• 3-5 – Fried Raisins

Method:

  1. Soak soya granules in milk for 30 mins.
  2. Grind cauliflower.
  3. Add peas in a pressure cooker and cook till you hear one whistle.
  4. Heat oil in a heavy pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida.
  5. Stir it until the cumin seeds become light brown in colour.
  6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir it.
  7. Add ground cauliflower, soaked soya granules and green peas. Mix it well.
  8. Add salt and red chilli powder.
  9. Cover it and cook it on low-medium flame.
  10. When it is cooked, sprinkle garam masala and amchoor powder.
  11. Garnish it with fried dry fruits and chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Serve it hot.
