Ingredients:
• 6 – leftover chapattis
• 6 tbsp – besan/gram flour
• 1 tbsp – sooji
• 3 – Green chillies
• Coriander leaves, a bunch
• 2 tsp – ajwain /carom seeds
• Mango powder to taste
• Salt as desired
Method:
- Make a paste of all the ingredients except chapattis.
- Heat oil on a tawa, dip the rotis in the above mixture – covering both sides – and cook on a low flame on both sides.
- Cut into four halves and serve with chutneys or ketchup.
