Ingredients:

• 4 cups – Maida flour
• 2 cups – Butter
• 2 tsp – salt
• oil for frying
• water
• shredded mozzarella cheese
• shredded Carrot
• finely chopped Cabbage

Method:

  1. Mix the maida flour and salt.
  2. Add butter and mix well.
  3. Add water and knead into a tight dough.
  4. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  5. Then make regular, thin puri shape and cut into 4 rectangle pieces.
  6. Deep fry this in oil.
  7. After taking it from the frying pan, first spread the shredded cheese.
  8. Then spread the shredded carrot and cabbage.
  9. Veggie biscuits are ready.
  10. Serve hot.
