Ingredients:
• Watercress -2 bunches
• Medium sized Potato – 1
• Tomato – 2
• Onion-1
• Garlic Flakes -4
• Turmeric powder – 2tsp
• Garam Masala – 2tsp
Method:
- Wash watercress, trim stems. Peel and cut potato lengthwise.
- Saute onion, tomato and garlic paste.
- Add turmeric, salt, red pepper powder, garam masala, watercress leaves and potato.
- Add 1/4 cup water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Serve hot with roti.
