Ingredients:

• 3 cups – water melon chunks
• 1 tsp – grated Ginger
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• 4 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Blend all the above ingredients together in a mixer/blender till smooth.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator then serve in tall glasses with chunks of water melon on top.
