Ingredients:
• For the filling:
• 1 cup – cabbage, chopped
• 1/2 cup – carrot, chopped
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt
• For the dough:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – plain flour
• Water
• Salt
Method:
- Mix flour, salt and water together to make soft dough.
- Heat some oil, add jeera and all the vegetables and cook them till they are soft and done.
- Remove from flame and set aside.
- Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll out.
- Place some filling in the middle of the rolled dough and shape into a ball again.
- Now very gently roll in again thinly and cook both the sides by applying some oil or ghee till done.
- Serve hot.
