Ingredients:

• For the filling:
• 1 cup – cabbage, chopped
• 1/2 cup – carrot, chopped
• 3 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – cumin
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• Salt
• For the dough:
• 1 cup – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – plain flour
• Water
• Salt

Method:

  1. Mix flour, salt and water together to make soft dough.
  2. Heat some oil, add jeera and all the vegetables and cook them till they are soft and done.
  3. Remove from flame and set aside.
  4. Now divide the dough into equal parts and roll out.
  5. Place some filling in the middle of the rolled dough and shape into a ball again.
  6. Now very gently roll in again thinly and cook both the sides by applying some oil or ghee till done.
  7. Serve hot.
