Ingredients:

• White bread – 10 slices
• Milk – 2 cups
• Ghee – 5 tsps
• Butter – 3 tsps
• Sugar – 2 cups or as much as needed
• Fried Cashewnuts – 2 tsps

Method:

  1. Cut the bread slices into small pieces and fry in 2 tsps of ghee, till they are slight brown.
  2. Add milk, sugar to the fried bread pieces and continue heating.
  3. Add 3 more tsps of ghee and keep stirring, till the ghee is sucked out.
  4. Add butter in the end, and add fried cashewnuts.
  5. Serve hot.
