Ingredients:

• 1.75 cups – Maida
• 1.25 cups – cocoa powder
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3/4 cup – Brown sugar
• 2 tsp – baking soda
• Butter – 1 cup
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 2 cups – white chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a bowl combine butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Now add eggs, vanilla, and salt, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
  5. Add flour mixture to the egg mixture.
  6. With a wooden spatula add in white chocolate chips and mix gently.
  7. Make small lemon size balls and place them on the baking tray, lined with the parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, let cookies set for 5 minutes on baking sheet and then remove them to a cooling rack.
