Ingredients:

• 1 no – potato, chopped
• 1/2 cup – beans, chopped
• 1 or 2 nos. – carrot, chopped
• 1/4 cup – peas, chopped
• 1 no. – tomato, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – whole Garam Masala (clove, cardamom, cinnamon)
• To Grind –
• 1 tsp each – garlic, Ginger
• 6 nos. – Green chillies
• 1/2 to 3/4 cup – Coconut
• 10 nos. – Cashewnuts

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan , drop the garam masala, drop the sliced onion and keep frying till it turns brown.
  2. Add potato, carrot, beans, peas (all vegetables), water and cook it.
  3. Add the ground paste and cook for another 3 to 4 mins.
  4. Garnish with chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
