Whole Egg Masala

Ingredients:

• 6 – eggs, hard boiled (shelled)
• 2 – onions, chopped finely
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt as per taste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – water
• Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
• Make a paste of:
• 1 inch Ginger
• 5 – Garlic flakes
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Coriander leaves powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds powder
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala

Method:

  1. Prick the eggs with the fork and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Fry onion till golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the ground paste and salt.
  6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Add water and eggs in the pan.
  8. Bring to boil. Let it cook for 10 minutes till gravy thickens.
  9. Add lemon juice and stir well.
  10. Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Serve hot.
